1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BusGo's services, booking tickets, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BusGo Transportation Services Inc. ("BusGo", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Our Services

BusGo provides intercity bus transportation services across the United States. Our services include:

  • Regular scheduled bus services
  • Express and premium services
  • Online ticket booking and management
  • Real-time bus tracking
  • Customer support services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Ticket Booking

Tickets can be purchased through our website, mobile app, phone, or at authorized terminals. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices may vary based on demand, route, and booking time. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3.4 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS with your ticket details and booking reference.

4. Travel Conditions

4.1 Check-in Requirements

Passengers must arrive at the departure terminal at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the ticket without refund.

4.2 Identification

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all passengers. International travelers may need additional documentation.

4.3 Age Restrictions

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors (15-17) require special arrangements and additional fees may apply.

4.4 Seat Assignment

Seat assignments are made at the time of booking when available. We cannot guarantee specific seat assignments and may need to reassign seats for operational reasons.

5. Luggage Policy

5.1 Carry-on Luggage

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag not exceeding 25 lbs (11 kg) and one personal item that fits under the seat.

5.2 Checked Luggage

Up to two checked bags per passenger, each not exceeding 50 lbs (23 kg). Additional or overweight luggage incurs extra fees.

5.3 Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, and other prohibited items are not allowed. We reserve the right to inspect luggage.

5.4 Liability for Luggage

BusGo's liability for lost or damaged luggage is limited to $250 per bag unless additional insurance is purchased.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Tickets may be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled departure. Cancellations made:

  • 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
  • 2-24 hours in advance: 50% refund
  • Less than 2 hours: No refund

6.2 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Processing fees may apply.

6.3 No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to board their scheduled bus forfeit their ticket with no refund or credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

BusGo's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Personal property loss or damage (except as specified in luggage policy)
  • Missed connections or appointments due to delays

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the ticket.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Follow all safety instructions and regulations
  • Respect other passengers and crew members
  • Refrain from disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior
  • Not consume alcohol or illegal substances
  • Keep noise levels reasonable

Violation of conduct rules may result in removal from the bus without refund and potential legal action.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
